Earthquake "Set Enhancements"?

Last weekend I stayed at HRH (loved it), and went to both parks. Earthquake was closed due to "Set Enhancements". Is this just normal upkeep, or is something happening to the ride?

I would say it is some sort of upkeep. Universal puts these up in various places when they need to fix or upkeep something. I'm sure you don't want to hear banging or walk through dust!
