OK, what is the deal with the earning my ears/mouseketeer/etc. thing? How do you get it?

It chances as your posts go up. We all start out as earning my ears, then we got to mouseketeer, then we got to dis cast member. I have a lot of posts so I can't remember the specifics, but I think mine changed to cast member when I reached 500 posts.

Some people answer every thread even if they don't know the answer (ie SORRY DONT KNOW SOMEONE ELSE WILL HELP) Cant see the point in this.
