Just wondered how you actually earn your ears as I seem to have been earning mine for several years now. Does anyone know please? Thank you

It used to be once you hit 75 posts it would change. It's been a long time for me so I'm not sure if that is still the way it is working.

If you go under your profile and click on person details and type in the custom title box under profile picture you can change it, it does not change on its own like in the previous board.
