I haven't been there, so I don't know. But I can't imagine that they would be good.

Two alternatives: have food delivered from either www.gardengrocer.com or www.wegoshop.com

Both have great reputations and will deliver to any of the WDW resorts. We used gardengrocer last year and plan to use them again this August.

Also, consider one of the meal plans-- the counter service or the standard meal plan.

Not sure myself about the POP resort but it gets TONS of good reviews here and it is VERY well liked, so I dont think you will have any issues with POP, what time in OCT, is it during Halloween?

Welcome to Disboards . If you mean doing actual grocery shopping at POP, the selection is limited. They really only have the most basic supplies and they are quite a bit higher than a grocery store, but most items are not as expensive as I thought they would be. If you are talking about food in the resort food court, POP has the best food court on WDW property IMHO. They have lots of variety, from burgers and fries to fried chicken dinners and the prices aren't that bad either.

I've always thought that Pop has the best food court of all the WDW resorts.

Their (pecan?) crusted chicken dinner is GREAT
