One member of our 4 cabin party had to book much later than the rest of us and subsequently has late seating. Unfortunately, they also have the smallest children. We would prefer to have all of us together especially at dinner time. I was wondering how hard (or easy?) it is to get them into the early seating with us? We booked through Allseas. Any suggestions? Any help would be appreciated.

When you board the ship...have them go directly to the area where dinner times are changed..tell them to be persistant about switching to the early seating because of children.

You may not all be able to be at the same table..but, at least you will be eating at the same time.

Not to be ignorant or anything..... but where do you go to have the dining changed?
We already have 11 in our party and with them it is 15. How about table size? I am sure if this could be fixed, a table for 15 is not very common. Any input into this? I am sure even if they had a different table it would be great so that we could at least see the shows together and have more time together. Thanks for any help.

From what i can make out you go to the same place as you'll be making palo ressies etc and request a change there. good luck
it is also easier to change from early to late dining and yes they have tables for large parties, also ask dcl to link your ressies, book a large table together and to put the other table on wait list for early dining between now and when you cruise, you may get lucky and get it before you board.

Your TA should be able to take care of all of this directly with DCL BEFORE your cruise. Have the TA call DCL and explain the situation and that you want all of your party to be together. I have never heard of Disney splitting up a travelling party before. They should be able to get you all at the same table, also.

If you wait until you board, they will not be able to accommodate a party that big on last notice since other diners will be affected by the seating arrangements. Try to have it fixed now.

We made our reservations for Palo at Wavebands on Deck 3 forward. They were also taking request to change dinner seatings at that time.

How small are the children? We took our daughters (twins, 7) and had late dinner seating. At first, we were leary about it, but it worked out great!! After a hard day at play, the girls were ready for a little "down time" before dinner. They took a nap, my husband and I had "happy hour" on the veranda and we were all ready for teh evening shows and dinner. Not knowing how little is "lilttle" I don't know if this would work for you, but it might be worth a shot. Above, all, HAVE FUN!!!
