We're staying at Riviera in August and are planning a day at Blizzard Beach but our plan was to grab breakfast at Beach Club or Boardwalk at maybe 9:30 before getting on a bus to AK and transferring over to Blizzard Beach.
Seeing as EPCOT doesn't open until 11:00, will they let you on the Skyliner on the EPCOT side around 9:00? Thanks everyone in advance!
