Early reviews of new CS policy?

So I read most of the thread about the new CS seating policy. There were a lot of questions and speculation, but I haven't seen if anyone has actually experience it yet, and if so, was it ok? Better? Worse? Post your reviews here!

Unless free dining is impacting things a lot, I wouldn't think they would be doing it right now (and a few people said they didn't see it happening last week). The article said "during peak times" which September/October don't really fall into. I didn't think they meant during peak DINING times, but peak CROWD times. But I could have misinterpreted what they meant!

I just found some threads...I am very concerned about this...My son has needs and I do not know how this will work for him

this policy is only going to go into effect during the busiest of times

it makes sense that people are seated with food during these times. Beats people seated for 20-30 minutes waiting for food. Do you know how many people could have eaten and then left during that time?

This occurred last year also
