I know it comes down to personal choice, but just wondering what are peoples preferences and why?

I remember doing later and we would be really tired because it really ended up being very late. Wondering if early cuts into your day too much though.

We like early dinners - we do a large breakfast, have a snack for lunch and then dinner is around 4:30-5PM.

We like it because it is the least crowded time at restaurants AND when everyone else is having dinner (between 6-8) the parks are not as crowded.

We have tried doing later dinners (again to avoid crowded restaurants) but we are so tired we end up skipping it... and then eat junk food before going to bed or wake up starving the next morning.

We like either late or early and will take either so as to avoid a rush, crowd, or otherwise "peaK' time. No matter what we get, will will work around it the rest of the day. Obviously, we are not three set meals per day people! Nor do we *have* to eat at a certain time. If we get a 4pm dinner ADR, then we will plan to eat a larger late breakfast, and no lunch. If we get a 8pm ADR, we will choose to (probably) skip breakfast, or eat something small like toast or a muffin, and eat a big lunch at noon or 1pm.

We have a LTT ressie at 4:15pm this trip, so we are going to try to get into BOG right as it opens. Breakfast will probably be a muffin in our room as we are getting ready.

We also have a 8pm ressie for Ohana - we will probably eat lunch at about 2 when we get off of the plane.

We mix it up for various reasons.

'Ohana, CRT, and BoG we get the earliest dinner time possible, always the 5:00 spot, because they are always crowded and you can end up with substantial waits even with ADRs. Waiting for a table is wasted time imo.

Tusker House we do the latest possible time and try to take our time and relax while eating. Walking out to an empty park (really empty for AK) is a cool way to end your day. We like the food and a long evening walk through the lights of AK is a bonus.

CG if we can time dinner to end near Wishes is for the experience of seeing the fireworks.

Brown Derby with the F! package to avoid some wait time and again we really like the food/service.

I think we are going to go for earlier like 4 or 5:00. And I like that idea about walking out of an almost empty Animal Kingdom. So definitely doing Yak & Yeti. :goodvibes
