Early Opening in Late February?

Does anyone know if US or IOA will be opening early the last week of February? The scheduled opening time is 9 am. From what I've read, the crowd level should be very low. We will not be purchasing express passes for that reason. How early should we arrive?

This will be our second time at US and first at IOA. When we visited 7 years ago, our daughter was in 9. Now that she's 16, she wants to ride all the coasters.

Historically...February is not that busy so I wouldn't count on an early opening but you never know. I would arrive no later than 8:15am in case the gates open at 8:30am...you'll be ready.

HR3 is not opened yet.
i don't know when it will be officially opened.
i read on one post memorial weekend but i'm not at the parks until the fall.
therefore, i am behind on the opening date for this ride.
people that are there regularly really are up to date on many of the things.
