Hi everyone & thanks for all the GREAT tips! We are headed out for our first WDW vacation in early Nov and were wondering what to expect in the weather dept. Is it warm enough to hit the water parks?:sunny: Thanks again!

We will be there Nov 5th-12th and we also plan on hitting TL (the only park that will be open). I heard it's suppose to be nice weather. Keeping my fingers crossed.

We will be there! We always go around the first of Nov. Awesome weather. Plenty of shorts for daytime. Night time can be shorts or sometimes pants and short sleeves. Take a light jacket but you probably won't need it. It usually doesn't rain. But last year it rained very hard one night. We all had ponchos for that. Swimming for me require a heated pool in Nov. But I like swimming pools very warm.

First week of Nov. last year started out cool, actually downright chilly in the morning. Gradually warmed up as the week progressed and was full-blown hot by Friday and Saturday - mid-80's. Also, as disneygeek mentioned, there was a pretty heavy rainstorm one nite mid-week. Fortunately, we were back at the hotel when that happened so it didn't bother us at all.

Basically, you can expect nice weather but need to be ready for almost anything.

And we'll be there too from Nov. 2-8.

Steve

Many thanks! :sunny: This is the weather I have been planning for...just wanted some confirmation. I remember when I was at WDW in 1978 (yes, it's been awhile!) we wore winter coats! It will feel nice to put on shorts in November! I'm sure we'll have snow by then here in Colorado!:teeth:
