Early Morning Magic Hollywood Studio And Rain

Has anyone been at Early Morning Magic at Hollywood Studios when it has rained? I am assuming they will not be able to run Slinky Dog but everything else would be open if it did rain. Do they make any adjustments if Slinky Dog is not running such as FastPasses for another time? I am just wondering because the major selling point for Early Morning Magic is being able to ride the new rides with little to no wait.

Ther have been a few reports of rain in the big EMM thread. The most recent one was just from a week or so ago and it indicated that SDD was still running that day, but that it was a bit unpleasant with a cold rain hitting your face. There have also been a few reports from mornings where it wasn’t running for whatever reason, although none very recently. Experiences seemed to vary but if guests asked it sounds like most were given something (extra FPs, etc).

That's a good question. Seeing as there is only the 3 TSL rides for EMM I would hope if it closed for during the event that they would provide a FP or something, but only if it's closed the entire time.

We did this in the pouring rain last Thursday. Everything was running, the rain made slinky dog not particularly enjoyable but it was still fun. We have have a video going up about it on our Youtube channel in a few days, search on youtube for Nicole.Erica Fun.
