She... didn't. She went back to PP. Guest Services was several days later. Please stop making up arguments.
Um. No. You can't go saying "You're saying this..." when I'm not saying that. It's like you're saying I'm making an argument, and then you're debating that. You're just debating yourself.
It is not the same. I was clear about that. It's different. But she accepted it. I would have too. That day was shaping up great. Not only PP and breakfast in EMM but unlimited rides on SDMT till noon and 2 more FPs to use in the busiest time of the day. If anything the issue here is she complained, accepted a disposition, then used the same complaint again to get another disposition, after consuming the value from both the EMM itself and the first disposition and in the same thread comment that she's not one to try to get stuff by complaining. Then after getting lots of extras and free stuff and her money back she's still not happy after her trip. (Shrug). She did well.
So your stance is that she should have either 1.) just accepted the unlimited FP even with her initial displeasure 2.) Not accepted it and then spent time immediately getting a refund, no matter how much time it took?
