So we are going to be guests of the DLH in a few days and im wondering how this will work out for us.

I know the site says guests at the hotel get the early magic morning, we are staying one night. How does this work. What do you need if anything to show you get the early morning entry into the park. Is it once you swipe your park pass? We are getting season pass's the first day so im REALLY confused.

The second day we are going we want to take advantage of this but we will have checked out of the hotel early to be able to go, so im kinda confsed how this works lol.

Thank you in advance

You will need to show your room key either at the Ca grand entrance or the front turnstiles. They alternate which park is open.

im going to assume our keys DONT have our names on them do they? lol

And do they scan your room key or just look at it?

Each registered guest has a room key, with name and check-in/check-out dates printed on it. Makes great souvenir. :thumbsup2

Yes, as long as they are registered guests. For example a hotel reservation for a family of 4 will receive 4 keys, one for each name registered. I haven't been to WDW yet so I can't compare the hotel room keys to KTTW cards at WDW.

I believe you can use the room key to access early morning hour on the check-out day as well. Have fun planning! :goodvibes

Yes there is a date range on your key cards from check in to check out and they are valid for Magic Mornings each of those days.
