Early March vs. Early May

Hello all--

I am considering a trip to the land in either the first week of March 2008 (to avoid spring break) or early May 2008 (thinking within the first two weeks). What are your thoughts/experiences with these two times of year.

I would expect that the crowd levels would be fairly similar (thinking low-moderate), but the weather is probably more reliable and better in May. However, I have a great AP5 rate reserved for March, that is unlikely to be repeated in May.

Any input would be greatly appreciated! FWIW, this will be hubby's first trip to the land since he was a child and his first trip w/ our kids (ages 1 and 4). I love DL, and am hoping he has a great time, too!

Thanks in advance,
Gianna

May will probably be a little less crowded, but not by much. The good AP5 rate makes me want to say March. Either way, you will have a great time.

I agree. I went last year in May for two nights for the Food & Wine Weekends and even with DD's CM discount we paid a pretty penny. I would hold onto the AP5 rates. Another plus is March is only three months away!:)

Have a great trip.
