If 8:00 is opening for extra magic hours will they open park earlier than 8:00, want to hit toy story mania standby wait, where would the rope drop be?

There is no rope at DHS any longer.

I don't believe they typically open the gates earlier than the EMH time on an EMH day, like they often do on a regular opening day.
