early magic hours at DCA

What part is open? I've only been to DL early and we always do Peter Pan first. PP will be closed when we go, so I'm thinking about doing DCAs instead. But I don't know what area will be open.

I think most folks head towards either Carsland (RSR), TSMM, or the Frozen stuff during EMH. Just to check (I remember on another thread you were asking about hotels on Harbor Blvd), but EMH is only available to guests staying at one of the three on-site hotels (GCH, DLH, or PPI).
