Early/Late Dining Seating... Pros/Cons? Which do you prefer and why? Please help me decide!

Our first Alaska cruise we did late but there is no way the newly 2 year old can stay up for late dining. He’s asleep by 7:15 at home which is 6:15 in Vancouver
Wow. Both my kids were night owls at that age. 10 pm in bed if we were luck.

Mama needs some me time at night! I’m pretty strict with bedtime as we sleep trained and every one was happier when we were all sleeping. Little dude needs to be in bed by 7:30 at the latest and doesn’t currently time change very well

Me time? What's that! I worked 11 pm to 7 am until my youngest started High School. Both their bedrooms are on the front of the house and many nights I had two tiny faces in the window waving goodbye as I headed to work at 10:40 pm

I’m lucky to be at home with my boys right now so I try to get a bit of time to myself once I convince my night owl 6yo to go to bed
