You are expected at the airport at least 90 minutes before flight so probably 5 to 5:30 AM

They usually give you a time of three hours before flight leaves. So around 5am. My ME is always 3 hours before.

Yup, our has always been 3 hours before. Not sure if this is an option for you, but maybe spend your last night in the hyatt. Its in the airport so you wouldn't have to get up quite so early. 3 am wake up is fine when you are heading on vacation. Not so fine when you are heading home!
