We are looking for low pricing, low crowds, and not hot weather. We are afraid that February may be too chilly. But then, we are finding March & May to be a few hundred dollars more expensive, but seems to be maybe better weather. 4 people total, btw, 2 small children.

Any thoughts?

We went in May 2010 and it was HOT- some days it was in the 90s- always at least 80 the week we were there (mid may)

We are going in February this time- nervous about the cold- hoping for good weather- the price difference made it worth igiving it a try (and the low crowds too) We are staying at Pop with our 2 little ones (5 and 2) on the Dining Plan with 10 day tickets for around $1800!!!! Can't beat it!

March seems nice but- pricer and more crowded due to spring break

Geez - how'd you get it down to $1800 with dining plan & 10 days? Just looked (with a 25% PIN) and without dining I got $1800. Adding dining brings it up to $2800.

they had a promotion (ended yesterday) with free dining- if you stay at a value you get the quick service plan- but we paid the difference (not much) and got the regular dining plan! We are going Feb 2-11th

Early in February its value season- so priced the cheapest. As you get towards President's Day weekend the price jumps!!!

We are going early February as well and I think that the low crowds will trump cold weather! I am just hoping that it isn't as cold as it has been recently. We have been in late Sept twice and it was VERY hot and was very draining for the children. We also went in late November/early dec once and it was a little chillier and so much more bearable!!

...whenever you decide to go, you will have a great vacation!

Been there in Feb a few times in and around Presidents week. For about three weeks of the month it is murder. The souther schools are out the half the Notheast, and then the other half. As for the weather sometimes 60's - 70's sometimes like the last time we saw high 40's and 50's. Funny to see Southerners dress for the cold. We were still in shorts at 58 degrees and people from Fl were in full Ski gear goggles and all. Good luck
