There was a time when early entry meant TT Early Morning Madness. . .

At this time, they are running early entry. The gates open at 7 a.m. and it is awesome to be able to get in the Fantasyland rides during that early morning entry. If you want to go on Nemo, however, be prepared to walk clear around the Matterhorn Mountain to get to the entry line. It was actually somewhat of a put-off for me because I wasn't really interested, but my teens were. Also, if you plan on doing Nemo, go there first. The line builds up FAST. . .

During early entry they opened fantasy land and tomorrow land. We were able to get in all the rides in both of these areas before 8, including Nemo. . .It's amazing what you can do in one hour. Afterwards we went to New Orleans Square to ride Pirates. . .they were giving dream fastpasses there. We didn't get them because I was waiting for my teens to get off Haunted Mansion Holiday (which is so worth it if you have never seen the nightmare before christmas overlay), and the dream team left before they got back. Not really important for us as we know how to "abuse" the fastpass system quite well (read hydroguy's tips). Anyway, there was not TT Early Morning Madness while we were there so maybe they were not running it during the Holiday season and it might be back later. . .don't know for sure, and don't have inside scoop. . .

there was a time when Early Entry and Mickey's Toontown Morning Madness ran on the same days, yes. but one never necessarily equaled the other (Early Entry required early entry access either via a park hopper bonus ticket or staying onsite and Toontown Madness requires a voucher included in booking a package).

in 2006, they switched the days around a bit so they only line up on Monday and Saturday (I believe).

in 2008, only Saturday will have both occurring on the same day.

They have Toontown Morning Madness year round though and I'm not aware of anytime they stop it, but it only happens on those specific days (Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat?)
