Early Entry for Wyndham Palace

Does anyone know whether or not Wyndham palace guests can take advantage of Early Entry days? I know that it is a Disney resort - but not a "Disney Resort" - so I wasn't sure?

The Downtown Disney hotels including Wyndham can use ee, and can also use e-night (as long as you have a multi-day pass)

I just called the Wyndham palace directly and the receptionist stated that early entry was now reserved only for Disney owned properties - not for resorts on disney property. Therefore early entry is not an option for guests at the Wyndham

Bummer! But it isn't the end of the world.
