I've never had any issues with my CC's being used at DL, not once. I don't worry about it either, I figure it if happens it happens, I call Chase and let them know, they reverse the charges, send a new card and we are all happy. 
When we stayed at PP and GCH they offered us 2 charge slips, we took 2 when we were at PP because we were with friends, we wanted them to be able to charge stuff too, we ended up not needing it though. GCH we only took one, I carried it in my wallet with my room key in my back pocket buttoned closed. I never lost it and even though we got thoroughly drenched riding Splash at 11:30 pm in November it wasn't wet at all.
