Looking to book character breakfast on early entry day at the Animal Kingdom. Does the restaurant also open an hour early or regular time? Want the first booking but not at the expense of canceling out the benefit of extra magic hour.

Tusker House always opens at 8AM, regardless of park opening time or EMH’s.

Yes. Same goes for the restaurants at the other parks.

The TS restaurants' schedules are "consistent."
