Early CS dinner at BC or any Monorail Loop Hotel - Order What Where?

I just snagged a 7pm Dessert Party res. for next week! We'll be coming from Beach Club, so we can have our CS dinner there or at any Monorail Loop Resort. Where do you recommend we go, and what should we order given that we'll have the DDP?

We stayed at BLT in Sept and ate a few times at Contempo cafe at the Contemporary. It was very good. We all liked the Chicken Alfredo pasta. I had a cheeseburger that was good. DH had a steak salad that was good. We enjoyed it very much.
