Early Check-In?

Have an upcoming stay in the cabins at CCV. We'll be arriving at the resort mid-morning. Are DVC members getting into rooms any earlier since there are plenty of rooms open?

You can check in as early as 6 or 7AM. If there is an empty villa, you might be able to move right in then. You won't know if you don't try.

Yes, maybe. We had 2 villas at BCV check in on 7/18. We did online check in and was able to get into one of our villas at 9:45 AM. The other wasn't ready until after 3:00 PM.

Yes, it is possible you can get into your room early. But conversely, there is no late check-out.

We arrived on July 12 and got our room ready text while we were on the Magical Express at 11:00 am, stayed at Bay Lake

We stayed 7/16 - 7/28 and split stayed at 4 different resorts. AKL Jambo ready at 4PM (not early), Riviera ready at 2PM, BLT ready at 4:30PM (late), and BCV didn't send out room texts until after 5PM. There were a few frustrated guests at BCV.

 

[Need a vacation NOW]

We stayed at OKW July 16-18th. We did not get a text that our room was ready and had to go to the lobby to get our room assignment. We had checked in online and indicated we would be there before the official check in time.
