Early check in at Wilderness Lodge?

What it the best way to request an early check in? We will be staying Sun July 20-Friday July 25th at OKW for a family reunion. Friday will be transferring over to Wilderness Lodge for the one night before our Sat. evening flight home.

We are planning on hanging at the resort most of Friday before doing the parks at night......should I call now to request an early check in or Thursday night while still at OKW? Any ideas?

You don't have to request a early check-in just go to the front desk and check-in, if there is a room is ready you will receive one. If not you'll just have to wait, be sure to take your swimsuits and anything you'll need with you so you can use the resort areas. Disney doesn't accepted request or guarantee rooms to be ready until after 3:00pm.
