Early Check-In at OKW

Our flight arrives in Orlando at 9:20 AM next Sunday. We have to pick up our rental car abd drive to OKW, but that shouldn't take too long. My question is, what are the odds of getting into our Studio before the official check-in time? Are there check-in times at DVC resorts? I don't mind leaving our bags for a few hours if necessary, but the little ones are going to be dragging their feet since they'll have been up since about 5:00 AM. I'd much rather get into our room for a few hours of rest before hitting the Parks.

Sunday is a big check in day since many people don't want to use points on the weekend. There may be empty studios or you may have to wait until 4PM or after. We haven't gotten into our villa early in our last five or six stays.

You could always lie out at the pool (try Turtle Pond pool, it's a bit quieter) to take a nap.

We have gotten into our villas before 4 more times than not. Last year it was 11:30, 1 PM and 10 so you just never know. We only had non smoking and near a pool or upper floor as requests so that may have made a difference.

That sounds good...The only request is for a non-smoking room.
My thinking is we might get lucky since not too many people stay overnight on Saturday because of the higher points. Hopefully, it'll be first come, first served
