Early Bus to Downtown Disney

We are staying at the Yacht and Beach Club and would like to eat dinner at 5:00 P.M. at the House of Blues. Is there a bus to Downtown Disney / Pleasure Island that leaves early enough, from the Yacht and Beach Club, for us to comfortably arrive on time? If not, what's the best way to get there and what time should we leave? Thanks.

Downtown Disney buses run every 15-20 minutes starting at 8:30am, and run until 2:00am.

I would be at the bus stop between 4:00-4:15. The Downtown Disney bus makes stops at both the Marketplace, Pleasure Island, but no longer the West Side. Make sure to get off at the Pleasure Island stop. From there, it's a leisurly 7-10 minute walk to House of Blues. It won't take you 45 minutes to get there... but I like to allow extra time, just in case. Always better to be early.
