Is it going to be super busy? We have WL standard view booked at $140 a night for our anniversary, 9/7 for 5 nights. But I am worried about my mom getting 4 kids off to school in the am, she is NOT a morning person at all! And she will have to get them off Th, FR and Mon. She says NO PROBLEM but I am concerned. So the only other dates I found were early August or one week early, labor day weekend. Will it be super super busy? We are only going to do Typhoon Lagoon one day and enjoy the resort the rest of the time

Early August will be very busy, but not super busy like next week, Easter week, or Christmas week.

Labor Day weekend will also not be super busy.

Although we only get to go to WDW every other year, we always go in mid to late August. The crowds are big, but not impossible. What can make it difficult is the heat (just make sure to drink water throughout the day) and realizing that showers are always possible, although usually just the morning.

Keep your original dates for your anniversary. If your mom says no problem then don't be concerned even if she isn't a morning person. At worst they might be a little late for school!:)

Thanks! I canclled our free dining trip WITH the kids since we are doing lots of parks. But hubby and I are still going since we are only going to Typhoon Lagoon. I was able to switch to August 29th-Sept2nd at WL at the same rate :) We are really enjoying the resort and not so much doing parks.

Stitch.. that is the very first week of school, day 3,4 and 5 and its also a brand new school opening so I am not sure my mom would have her act together... and she also lives 50 min from me, so even if I drew her a map to get them to school, it just aint happenin with her! They have to catch the bus at 7:15, my mom gets up 10 or 11!!
