We're not stopping at DLRP the Monday we arrive but we're only 2 stops away on the metro.

I was planning on getting to DLRP itself at 8am on the Tuesday Morning. Will the Cheyenne let me check our bags in and would they give me my stuff so I can use EMH that day??

That's what we're planning on doing aswell and when I asked at booking, she said it would be fine, just that obviously our rooms wouldn't be ready!

Yep, you can check into any onsite hotel as early as you like and get your park tickets etc.
