Early arrival to Disney Hotel & park hoppers

We are arriving around noon tomorrow at Disneyland and checking in to the GCH . Apparently my friend called last week and was told that our park hoppers may not be ready until 3pm. Has anyone heard of that before or did she hear wrong.

That doesn't sound right to me. They probably meant your room. There should be no reason for your parkhoppers to be delayed. They will most likely accomodate you at the front desk.

Definitely not correct - they were referring to the room. You will get your parkhoppers upon check in and have the bell services hold your luggage if you room is not ready.

Thanks everyone! Didn't sound right to me either. We checked in early and they gave us our parkhoppers right then and there.
