Early AM - Magical Express OKW

My Welcome Home first time trek as a DVC member is only a few weeks away! As such, I have a studio at OKW (not Hospitality House) and requested the first available room (I don’t know enough about the property to have any special location requests yet. have stayed with my parents at BC, BW, BLT, CC, HHI, BR, and SSR under their membership, and I trust that DVC is amazing anywhere!).

We have to be at the Magical Express pickup by 5:50am on departure day. Let’s say my room is far away and/or it’s raining...is there any other option to get from my room to the pickup without a brisk and possibly wet morning walk?

I called and asked for a pick up at 3am at OKW. They will come either with a van or a golf cart.

Called the night before....actually, I think I stopped by the desk as I was in HH area. But we’ve called before.

Call as early as possible the afternoon before. We were there last month in Turtle Creek and definitely needed a lift with luggage to ME. When I called for a specific pick up that time was full so I had a choice of 15 minutes prior or after - we chose prior.

If possible, stop by Bell Services the day before your checkout day and set up the pickup time. In person just seems simpler. We've done it multiple times and they are always there 5 min early which I really appreciate.

Not sure what time you’re flight is but we opted to Uber back to the airport instead of sitting there for 3 hours.
