Early ADR?

We have early ADR (9:15) at Crystal Palace one morning of our upcoming trip. We were told that we would be allowed to enter the park early to get to our reservations.

My question does anyone know how early we would be allowed in the park?

I know we won't be doing attractions or anything. I was really thinking about what a great opportunity to get that family shot in front of the Castle without a ton of people in the background.

They say about 15 minutes before but we have been known to go in about 1/2 hour before. The CMs didn't check and just waived us all into the park. We love making early ADRs for the same reason why you want to get in early. I also noticed that we will both be in the World the same exact time :cool1:. Have a great trip.

That's been our experience as well, except for the super early adr's. We've been let in as little as 5-10 minutes before, which is still time to stroll down Main Street and grab a quick picture.

You are allowed in 15mins before your adr.

Not sure how it works when that is with the masses, you may get in a bit earlier or you may have to wait until they open the gates.

It really depends on the CM that is in charge of the early ADR entrance. Some will let you in just before everyone else at RD and others will not. It's luck of the draw really. If you want to be sure to get in the park to see an empty MSUSA, keep trying for an earlier ADR. While in your every day life 9:15 may be early, when it comes to Disney I always feel like a 9:15 breakfast ADR is on the later side.

I agree with the PP: 9:15 is not an early ADR. If its an EMH day, the park will already have a lot of people in it.

Hmmm didn't think about EMH need to check that for that day.

I know 9:15 isn't early like 8a.m. but since I'll be dressing 4 kids plus myself and getting everything else ready for the day. Trust me being somewhere like that by 9 feel mighty early. I'll probably have to start at 5:30 - 6 a.m. :rotfl:

Thanks for the info. I appreciate it.

Just checked no EMH that day. Yay. So hopefully the CM's will be nice that day and we can get in just a few minutes before the gate opens.

I doubt you'll get in any sooner than 8:45, and even that might be a stretch. Usually, there is a park opening ceremony up at the train station. Once that's over, the park opens and you are allowed in. So, you may find there to be a ton of guests already inside the turnstiles by 8:45. You need to find a CM and ask them where you should be to enter for your 9:15 ADR..it will probably be over to the left side...and probably about 8:55.
