Early ADR/Hours Changed/Rope Drop - Help

Hi all,

I finally got a 8:10 CP res during Pres Week, but MK is now opening at 8AM that same day. I am trying to decide whether to cancel the reservation. Does anyone have experience with a breakfast reservation at or shortly after parking opening? What time is the RD show (is there one?) if the park opens at 8?

I really don't want to get caught up in the RD mob - we won't be rushing to any super popular rides anyway. We have two small children who like the Pooh characters. Ideally, we get in a little early, skirt the crowd, maybe meet Tiana, and then check in for breakfast. A pipe dream? Thanks for the advice.

Apparently, I can't write a post that gets much traction. Is it safe to assume that there is there IS a RD show that starts at 7:45am on an 8am opening day? That seems pretty early, which is why I am asking. If we should be there at 7:45 on a 9AM opening, do people arrive at 6:45am for an 8AM opening? Thanks to anyone with some insight.

Yeah, thereabouts. I don't think you'll have any trouble getting a decent spot for the opening show (if that's your goal) around 7:15a, the 6:45a seems quite early to me but I don't doubt a few do it.
