Early ADR at Epcot

I have a couple of early morning ADRs at Epcot before the park opens on my upcoming trip. I am staying at the Board Walk and I was wondering if the International Gateway is open for people with ADRs before the park opens or do I have to catch a bus to go all the way to the front gates?

Yes it is. And there is no bus from Epcot to the Boardwalk.
