do the Parks have early admission in September. If so what days, and who is eligible for the early admission.

Naw. There may be some deal if you stay at the onsite hotel for 4 days, but it's only for 1 attraction and I haven't heard of it lately.
Crowds are very light in September. They'll open at 9am and noone will be there. Just show up around 08:30am and be first in line at the gate.

I was advised that Labor Day weekend would be very busy! With that we are staying HRH so we could do FOTL since the parks close at 6pm and 7pm while we are there.
We also got a coupon or voucher to get in early certain days but that offer expired before we even got our tickets.
