Earliest to Book a Flight on Debarkation Day?

Hello, first time Disney Cruiser here! Looking at booking one in the next six - eight weeks. What's the earliest I can book a domestic flight from Orlando on the day we get back to Port Canaveral? We will be in our own car. I've found pre-pandemic answers on this but am thinking debarkation procedures are probably different now.

While debarkation procedures may be different now, I believe the time the ship is finally cleared is still pretty much the same. I'd not book anything before 1:00.
