Earliest flight times out of MCO

Hi,
My daughter will be on a 3 night cruise and I can't seem to find info on what would be the earliest flight time she could get off the ship- and back to MCO to catch a flight. Can anyone give me a clue? Thanks!

If you do on board check in your flight has to leave 11:30 or later.

I wouldn't book anything earlier than the DCL suggested time of 11:30. But I prefer 12:00 or later.
