Earl of Sandwich vs Wolfgang Puck Express?

My wife and I both fell in love with WPE last month when we ate there. The food was delicious and the size of the entrees was very generous. It really is a apples and oranges. I have always wanted to try EOS, but after this experience I don't think its even a choice anymore. We can't wait to get back to WPE.

I think it's the hidden gem of the CS and I wonder once word gets out how long it will last or be attainable.

Cheers,

Brian

Thanks;) !! Sooo I am not that familiar with DD. Does this mean EOS opens at 11:30 and WPE would be open 8:30am to 10:30pm?:confused3 Sorry!

All of you are making me drool and crave the creme brulee. We went last Easter and ended up at WPE five counter service meals out of ten days on the DDP. Each time we went we all tried to have something different and we were not ever disappointed. Our four year old and one year old loved the pastas and the breads. All their food had great flavors and you just can't beat the service we had. We tried to go to EOS one day just to be different but the long lines and lack of tables made us go back to WPE. We went again at Christmas last year and ended up eating their six out of fourteen days. We would have went more but ended up spending more time in the parks. We have planned another trip this Christmas and because of airline changes we now arrive on Christmas night. Since we will arrive at 8:00 we even thought of having our Christmas dinner there so we can get the kids in bed on time. If you are truly not sure what to try at least give WPE a try early in your trip. THis way you may just end up going back there again and again like us. (By the way we were on the DDP both times and it is one of the best counter service credits to use to get your DDP dollars worth. Goodluck deciding!

Never had the pleasure of WPE although will definitely give it a go this May as we have th DDP (first time)!:lovestruc The pics of the grub at WPE look lovely, my DF will kill me if I dont mention the white chocolate bread pudding at EOS, she made us drive there 3 times just for that!

That is a tough one. We love both of them. We will be there in Nov. and will be eating at both places.

They really are two very different places, but both were absolutely amazing. I don't think that you can go wrong with anything on the menu at either place - it's all delicious.

Honestly, I'd do both! :thumbsup2

We ate at both earlier this month and I would say WPE hands down. The flatbreads were awesome, we had a variety of them between us. Another day I got the chicken caesar salad served on the garlic flatbread (they have herb now, but if you ask for the garlic, they can do that). That was sooooo good. As far as value, the sandwiches at earl were only about $6, plus dessert and drink brings this to around $11, great if paying oop, but WPE was better for dining plan users, one day lunch for 4 of us came to $74 at WPE!

It depends on what you're looking for...

Earl's is definitely the faster but less fancy of the two...I personally think they have the better sandwiches.
They also now serve breakfast.

Wolfgangs can sometimes be slow during their busy hours, but this is where you can get more "plated" type items.

Like I said, it all depends on what you're in the mood for.

I was just about to add my reply, which was going to be:
Wolfgang Puck, hands down, if only for the BBQ chicken quesidilla-I've never had anything else there, never want anything else there, I think about it in the long months between Disney trips..My husband prefers EOS-so he can go get a sandwich from there and meet me at Wolfgang's..

Then I see the bolded part above-white chocolate bread pudding?! I didn't know EOS had that.
My husband can bring some over for me when he brings his sandwich, because I MUST try it. .;)
