Hi everyone!
I'm trying to recreate a Disney meal for my Mom on Mothers Day. I'm making LeCellier Cheddar Cheese Soup, Frozen Sunshine, Boma's flourless chocolate cake, Cobb Salad from the Brown Derby and would like to make an Earl of Sandwich Beef n' Bleu and a Frenchy.
That said, I've never had either...and while the fillings are easy enough I have no idea what the flat bread tastes like, or what the texture may be. Does someone have a comparable recipe, or maybe could just describe it to me? I have tons of flatbread recipes, but this one gets so many raves, I'd like to try to replicate it.
(ETA - Has anyone had Schlotzsky's Deli bread? That is the recipe I'm thinking of using...any thoughts?)
Thanks so much in advance!!
