Earl of Sandwich--open at night???

I am trying to figure out my meals and ADR while on the DDP for our trip this coming Sept. Is the Earl of Sandwich open at night? On my last trip to Disney two years ago, I remember it being closed at night. Is that still the case?

DW & I ate at Earl of Sandwich during our trip in OCT. at night. It was not very crowded, we were able to grab seats inside without a problem. Enjoy.
