Earl of Sandwich kids' meals - questions

My husband and I really enjoyed our sandwiches at Earl of Sandwich at DTD on our last adults-only trip. I'd like to go again in a few weeks with our kids. I saw the menu has a couple of sandwiches and pizza.

Are the sandwiches on regular bread or on rolls?

Are they made to order? Our kids like cheddar, not swiss, and our toddler prefers ham to turkey. I want to know if they'll substitute.

What's the pizza like?

What do you get with the DDP CS credits, both for adults and kids?

We ate there twice last week. Only once with the kids. My DD got the kids grilled cheese kids meal and I think it was on foccia(sp?) bread. It was really thick bread. This was the first time we ate there and will eat there every time from now on. We loved the variety for a counter service! It was so good.

My girls freaked when they got their PB & J sandwiches.... they were on the foccacia bread and HEATED They refused to touch them.... (they are very picky eaters and it's the only thing on the kids' menu they even wanted until they realized it was not regular bread and it was hot )

Oh well.. I have been working on him to try some new things(It's a complicated process that involves lots of pretending I couldn't care less if he tried it and him calling my bluff ).
We'll just have to see how it goes

Warm PB&J? That's just weird!

My kids won't care about the bread; my older son will eat most anything, and my toddler usually pulls the meat and cheese out and eats that plain. They actually prefer to have something besides regular sliced bread, so I'm glad it's the foccacia bread. In general, though, we prefer anything but swiss cheese -- too mild and tasteless.

As long as I can get alter the offerings a little bit, I'm not worried about it. I just wanted to be sure they weren't pre-made sandwiches.

My 7 year old loved his PB&J. Even heated. He is a very picky eater but PB&J is his favorite.

My kids LOVED the pizza sandwich! Yes, its a sandwich and it's on thier regular bread. It's heated with pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese on it.

I can't remember what exactly we got because we ordered extras. We had sandwich, drink and dessert (they limited that choice to a 'cup' dessert or cookie/brownie). I think we paid extra for the chips? Not sure.
