I read somewhere if you sign Up on their site they send you a coupon for a free sandwich but that it isn't valid for very long. Does anyone know how long it's good for? I don't want to sign up and get one that expires before we go to DL . TIA!

Yup - good for a month. I signed up 2 weeks before my trip to WDW and used the coupon there. It was a yummy sandwich and nice to only pay for my drink.

I'm pretty sure it is an electronic coupon that you print yourself. I wouldn't worry about mailing time in your decision to sign up. You could sign up the day before you leave and print the coupon just before you go if you'd like.

and you should be aware that it takes several hours to show up in your inbox after you sign up.

its good for a free sandwich.
its fine for you to both sign up.
its not sketchy at all.
the coupon does say it can only be used by the person whose name is on it and they may ask for ID (although i was not asked for ID when i used mine about 3 weeks ago)

i don't know. i printed mine.
i'd suggest printing it just to be on the safe side.

Thanks for the tip! We love Earl of Sandwich and go every trip but never know about this! Planning a trip in December (6 adults, 1 child), so free sandwiches helps our budget a lot!!

The last few times I used coupons from my birthday, they scanned from my phone. Turn your brightness all the way up, they had issues scanning mine without the brightness up.

Yes, we used 2 coupons in April - just pulled up the email on our phones and showed the couppn. They are good for a free sandwich!
