Ear Hat Replacement Ears?

Hi all! We got my DD a 1st hat 2 years ago, and since then we had a puppy chew on the ears and they are ruined. We wanted to keep this hat as a memento. Therefore, does anyone know if there is anywhere (or anyway) to get the ears replaced? We would take the hat with us on our trip in Sept if we could get it fixed...
