When are the Mickey Graduation Ear Hats with 2018 on them typically released?

I can't say exactly when they are released, but I have picked up graduation merchandise on a February trip for a May graduation. Of course nothing is guaranteed, but that was my experience.

My daughter graduated this year and I bought her set of ears in February as soon as I spotted them on the shopping app. Our trip wasn't until over the week of July 4th and wanted to be sure they wouldn't sell out before we could get them. On our trip from 6/29-7/11, at the beginning we did see the type we bought (only one that could have the name embroidered on the back) once or twice at the beginning for sale but mainly the other style was found in a bunch of places. By the end of our trip, we didn't spot any of our style and the less and less of the other style. We did lots of the different styles being worn though.
