Apparently not. I haven't seen anything.
Everyone's best guess seems to be that it is on the back burner for now.
Don't expect to see any action on EP until Saratoga Springs is completed and selling well.

Its on indefinte hold, most likely it will resume construction when Saratoga Springs opens for sale.

Saratoga Springs in currently under construction. It is going to be where the Disney Institute resorts used to be.
It is being constructed in phases.
Not sure of the expected opening date, but I'm sure someone else on these boards must know.
