Eager to rent points at BWV in August 05

We would like to begin planning a trip to the World from August 7th to August 17 of this year. Our preference would be a 2 bedroom villa at the Boardwalk with a Boardwalk view. I tried to determine how many points this would take, but could only find standard and preferred view. If this requires more points than our budget would allow, we would also consider a 1 bedroom with a Boardwalk view or 2 bedroom preferred view..

Would a Boardwalk view even be available at this time, and are these views permitted to be rented out to non members?

If anyone could check on this for me and let me know if they have available points, we are willing to pay $10/pt. We have rented before and had great experiences both times. Thanks in advance. My email is Camala@nye.net.

Boardwalk Views are available to everyone but are usually booked fairly quickly. If all Boardwalk Views are taken, you can go on a waitlist so that you can get one if someone else cancels.
You would use the Preferred View chart for your calculation. I figured it for you and it looks like you will need 464 points for the two bedroom and 358 points for a one bedroom. Most people charge about $10 per point.
I would help you with this reservation, but I only have 142 points left to rent.

Thanks so much for checking this for me.... I am so excited that they have availability. Please check your email....I sent you another set of dates that I would like to check for availbility. If the new dates are not available with the Boardwalk view, then I am ready to move ahead with the original dates. I will wait to hear from you via email.
