going to spain on 25th aug, can anyone tell me if i need that new E11 FORM. i know it changed some time back. what is the process now in obtaining one and traveling to europe. dont think we took one last time in 2003.

Each family member needs one and you can pick the forms up at the Post Office. It's a bit different as it's a card now and takes a couple of weeks to process...

thanks for replying. managed to find it online through nhs. filled it in online. just asked my names, nhs numbers and partners, and childrens details. should recieve it in 7 days. thanks

Good thing is now the card lasts for about 5 years
