HAS ANYONE EVER USED E-Z RENT-A-CAR?

WE ARE USING THEM FOR OUR NOV 4 CRUISE.

THEY WERE SO MUCH CHEAPER THAN ALL THE OTHER RENT A CAR COMPANY.

E Z is cheaper but not in the airport, you will have to wait for a shuttle and if that doesnt bother you, then go for it, we have been renting cars right from the airport we are to spoiled and easier to pick up and drop off and not wait for a shuttle, check out mousesavers.com for codes for rentals you may be surprised.

I used E-Z rental car on a trip w/Family back in Feb. 2004. When I got there they were out of the catagory of car I reserved. But first they tried to get me to upgrade before they told me they were out of my vehicle. The ending up giving me a mini van at the same rate but then they charged me the mini van rate($50) on the 8th day (week rate was low). There were "other charges:" on the ending bill that the person at the counter could not explain. I finally did some research on my own to see what they were. Taxes and legal surcharges. They also gave me a VERY HARD TIME about showing proof of insurance when I declined the CDW.

I would not ever use them again. If you are looking for low cost try L & M. They are not that much more expensive but they are located at the terminal and the customer service was much better.
