E-Z and Holiday Car Rental

Has anyone ever rented from E-Z or Holiday Car Rental (@ MCO Airport)? Was the car in good condition? Good service? Overall satisfaction?

I had a bad experience with E Z and will never attempt to use them again. I called their office from the baggage claim to find out where to cacth their shuttle bus. The person at the office said they had no cars left. It was like the Seinfeld episode, they had a record of my reservation, but no cars. I tried to stay calm and asked what they would do for me. Their agent replied "What do you want me to do? Wish you a car?" I asked for a supervisor and was told that no one was available.

Thankfully I had a back-up reservation with Alamo as I was a little afraid when I made the reservation with E Z as I knew nothing about them.

By the way, I got the clerks name and I sent a letter to the company after I got home, but never did receive a response.

Hmm... thats not a good sign. We have a res w/Budget for a mid-size SUV for $169. We think that's pretty good. Thanks for the info!
